I support our states’ exclusive right to decide how to run our state lottery, and how to regulate all forms of gaming, gambling, internet gambling, and lottery. I oppose any federal intrusion on that right, and so therefore oppose any federal bills that would allow the federal government to have any role in the regulation or taxation of internet poker, internet gambling of any kind (except sports betting), or internet distribution of lottery products.
